SpaceCraft Productions was founded in Limoges, France in 1994, by a collective of DJ's and producers, representing all genres of the local electronic music scene. After a series of maxi releases on SpaceCraft and ZKB, the collective was dissolved in 1997. 
SpaceCraft arrived in Bordeaux a year later, and a new collective was formed including Antoine Bertola, Fred Walter, Jérémy Robin, Franck Orosco and Manu+, all DJ's and producers from Bordeaux and Paris. After 2 years of hard work, the label re-launched with a busy release schedule, and the success that followed motivated the team to continue the hard work, and produce more frequent releases. The birth of 4 subdivisions in 2002, lead to an increase in both range of genres and artists. After continued success, particularly with Kult of Krameria, Afro.Deep, Tony Thomas and Juan Magan,  the decline in the markets, led the label to take a cautious view on developments and some time out to consider new opportunities. Following a hiatus from 2007, SpaceCraft started signing new artists in 2011 and reviving the old team to create new tracks, to start once again, building a release schedule, for the re-launch in 2012. Currently, SpaceCraft is working with 6 DJ/producers, and the doors are open for new talents from France or further afield.
