This two and a half hour ride was recorded live at our Belisa night at Club der Visionaere, when we took over for a memorable day and night party, to celebrate our dear Kosta’s 30 birthday in may last year ☀️

Tim took us on a journey through his wide-ranging collection and showed us the heart of a true digger, as well as his dope mixing skills, which kept us going nuts from beginning to the end!

He has been a rolemodel of ours for years now, known for relentlessly digging for obscurities and rarities that genuinely blow your mind. This recording is an outtake of a 3+ hour warmup set in PRST Club, yet again showcasing why the nickname "groovemasta fitsch" fits so accurately. For the next instalment of our Cartulis Live Mix Series, we’re thrilled to welcome Sohrab, a name synonymous with forward-thinking soundscapes and impeccable selection.

This mix was recorded in May 2024 at the @Colourfulinc party at @tagchengdu in Chengdu, China. Perched on the 21st floor of a building, TAG is a deeply underground venue.

Born in Trieste, Italy, with Iranian roots, and shaped by years spent in London’s underground scene, Sohrab embodies the fusion of diverse influences. As a DJ, his sets effortlessly weave through genres, delivering potent, futuristic, and deeply energetic performances. As a producer, his signature melodic flair has earned him recognition on labels like Kalahari Oyster Cult, Undersound, and The Comfort.

Sohrab’s journey through some of the finest parties and venues, Undersound, Art of Dark, Fold, Les Enfants, Mtkvarze, and, of course, Cartulis, has cemented his reputation as a perfectionist whose music speaks louder than words. His mix for this series captures that essence, delivering a snapshot of his dynamic artistry.

192 launches the first episode of their new and long-awaited saga: the Reptilian Mixes. This first episode starts almost a year after the Prequel which introduced our Reptilian anti-heroes. It focuses on @internationalmac, already famous for his disruptive dance moves such as the classical “Air Marche Arrière” or the legendary “Air Lasso”. Well, it turns out that between two dances International Mac also dedicates his time to digging and playing his rare finds. In this one-hour+ long sequence shot, International Mac navigates between groovy house and obscure breaks and sets the basis for a new reference saga in the blockbuster era.
