Releasing music & working on music is all I really have right now. It is my lifeline. In the hours where I can only sit, and barely make it to the next room, I work on music. I could never put into words how much I miss playing live, and building a fanbase that way, but its impossible for me currently. 

So today, it brings me great pleasure to release a new song for you all. It was the last song I had started prior to being injured, and felt really amazing to polish it off recently and add the guitar & finishing touches. Its one of my favorites I have EVER done. I hope you enjoy it!! Its now live on all streaming platforms 🙏

Its only been 3 months since I played my first show, after losing my ability to walk. It feels much longer than 3 months but I really am proud of myself for pushing myself in physical therapy to get back on my feet and back on stage!! Hope you enjoy this full live set!

Not many actually know just how close I was to dying 2.5 years ago. My 3rd night in the hospital, as I was losing circulation to my brain and extremities, I truly didn't know if I would make it through the night. This feeling continued on for about 6 months or so, where every night it felt like I was losing circulation to my brain and I had no clue if I would make it, i just kept believing.
 
In those moments, I was embraced by the divine. I felt the presence of something far greater than myself. Something held me, and gave me the strength to stay.

It is inspired by this journey I have taken. And now I know so many of you have experienced similar!! I had no idea it would be so many of us. 🌍

Through my psychedelic journeys I discovered the nature of who we really are, beyond our bodies. Our souls are so vast and powerful. So beyond words and concept. May we remember why we are here, who we are and discover the power held within us all.

“Shadow Work,” to me, is the process of exploring the hidden or suppressed parts of ourselves—the parts we might ignore, deny, or feel ashamed of. It’s like turning a flashlight inward and getting curious about our fears, triggers, wounds, judgments, and behaviors that live in the “shadow” of our psyche.

This past year more than any other, I've learned to face my own baggage and grow from it all, evolving into a better person because of this inner work. That's what this song is all about.

How can we go into the darkness, the silence, the stillness, and just BE with our good & bad and learn from it? It starts with the breath and listening. It starts with us 🌍
