We continue the Navigare Audio podcast with another wonderful contribution for the 18th chapter. London based Ben Cyan has been a delighted us with his own "Kaibosh" series for a while now and it was inevitable to invite him to make a set for us as well.

"I set out to take the listener on a trip through a range of contrasting deep hypnotic techno styles and emotions. Building in momentum over two hours, the set spans moments of darkness and light, desolation and elevation - underpinned by subtle transitions and a focus on heads-down 4/4 techno grooves, both new and old cuts. Revelation of Sounds is pleased to present Solace. After becoming obsessed with deep electronic music and underground club culture in the late 1980s, Steve began passionately collecting his favourite tracks on vinyl. His first experience of DJ’ing came by chance when he offered to cover for the resident DJ in a local bar where he worked in his hometown. After the experience he was hooked.
Through some contacts of friends, he soon started a weekly residency in a small local club, which ran for several years. Residencies followed in some of Glasgow and Edinburgh’s well known underground clubs, with guest slots around the country, and he even turned his hand at co-promoting several successful nights in the cities.
Over the following years he was very fortunate to grace the turntables of many underground clubs and festivals, at home and overseas.
Today, that early obsession for deep electronic sounds is still as strong, and he puts together mixes out of a love for deep ambient techno, immersing in hypnotic, tribal, and dub influences.

Anders plays deep and shimmering techno that moves minds with a truthful emotion. A dynamic palette of colors takes the listener on a trip to a vast distant en- vironment where new and abstract landscapes rise. A modern and high fidelity version of the past from where new shapes occur into the night ritual.
The tracks he makes are atmospheric, bass heavy with droning landscapes, driven percussion and deep inten- sity. Over the years, Anders has spent countless hours in his studio composing releases for labels like Circular limited, Northallsen records, NFEREE, Ordinamento Selettivo and others.

Dorian Gray is the reflective persona of the Italian producer and DJ Moreno Mariotti, an artist whose comprehension of techno music is a far cry from any conventions. 

Dorian’s musical craftsmanship is influenced by his interest in astronomy as well as esotericism. Trance rhythms, detailed ambient pads, and intervening acidic loops shape Dorian’s signature sound and provide a clear glance at this artist’s inspirational flow and intricate creative process. 
His work appeared on labels such as @thegodsplanet, @edit-select, @deepbass (Informa Records), @space-trax Berlin and many others. In 2020 he launched his new label DORIAN.

The next chapter of our “Circulating Waves” series is opened by our french adept Solarythm.

When we first got to hear Solarythm’s uniquely creative approaches to deeper Techno it was immediately clear, that we need this young guy and his music on our label. Since then he released an EP, several single tracks as well as remixes with us, which are driven by rolling, warm basslines, mental grooves, floating, hazy atmospheres and a rhythm section which is just on point. Originating from a psychedelic trance environment he definetly knows how to craft beats that hypnotize people and transport them into dimensions far, far out. His outstanding and idiosyncratic production skills also got him the attention of other imprints like Melifera and mimoton, where he released some of his works as well.

His contributed mix consists of a selection he also played at Ethereal Decibel Festival and is nothing less than a two-hour epic odyssey exploring the many different sides of his rich musical taste in Deep Techno. It invites you on an introspective journey through psychedelic and ambient sounds that put the mind in a state of trance.

The Alchemical Theory project was born in 2018 from the creative union of three italian producers. The identity of the project has been very influenced by the favorite sounds of the three artists, ranging from modular electronic sounds to much more atmospheric elements. This project also comes from the love of mysticism, alchemy and nature. In each release they want to represent something that affects the listener's mind, reproducing a real mental journey.

Highdub.:
Highdub is a DJ producer based in Mexico City that has passed through various styles of music since an early age, such as African Music, Funk, Jazz, R&B and Hip Hop receiving guitar and African percussions lessons accordingly. He has more than 10 years of experience in the national electronic scene. In 2018 he created a project called Rooftop Sessions introducing a brand new musical and artistic style in the city. 2021 has undoubtedly been a very important year in the trajectory of this versatile producer since in that year the first Dub Techno party was held in Mexico with two of the most iconic and pioneering representatives of the Dub Techno scene Ohm and Federsen. His musical style has been mainly influenced and supported by great artists like Ohm, Thor, NaeTek, Kirill Matveev and Andrey Pushkarev just to name a few. Producing Minimal, Dub and Underground Techno music.
