As I settled into my favourite armchair on a lazy Sunday morning, the warm scent of roasted almonds, just out of the oven, wafted through the air, mingling with the sweet aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The sun streamed through the windows, casting a golden glow over the room, and I felt my feet tapping out the rhythm of "Roasted Almonds," a lively jazz tune that got me moving. As I closed my eyes, letting the music in my head carry me away, the roasted almonds seemed to transform into tiny, dancing notes that leapt and spun around me, filling my heart with happiness and my spirit with a sense of freedom.

The music was recorded on Analogue Tape for its warmth, harmonic richness, and the way it captures the soul of a performance with all its human imperfections.
