It was such a pleasure to present a lot of new tunes and I am so thankful to the vibe of all the wonderful people who came out!

Sadly the very last song - an unplugged guitar blues encore - was not recorded, my recorder already turned off, but the rest of the set is here in its entirety!

What a great time this was playing a two and half hour DJ set back 2 back with brother @noahlyas! This recording was made at a super nice new Dutch festival called 'Lago Lago' on Friday afternoon at The Other Side stage.

I had the pleasure of playing on the Querfeld stage at Fusion Festival 2022. This mix is a love note to Bass music from across the African & Caribbean Diaspora. From Düsseldorf to Bonn, from Cologne to Mainz. Before moving on again, Léon returns to the place where he first met Hendrik in 2017. The record collection, which was previously characterized by hip-hop, jazz and reggae, finds its electronic origins here. Somewhere between trip-hop, deep house, spherical ambient and dubby techno, Léon is always on the lookout for new music to float with you through the night.

Born and raised in the Ruhr area, Hennig, fka Hendrik Flügel, had limited access to electronic music. But after moving to Bonn and attending his first raves, his love for deep, melancholic and breaking beats took hold. In 2018, he was one of the founders of einausflug.de, now one of the city's most thriving underground music event collectives.

When Hendrik told his girlfriend that he was supposed to write something about the nightlife in Bonn, she said, that there was nothing to write about. In fact Bonn’s underground music scene has had some tough years, with almost all electronic clubs closing down within the last 10 years.
Recently, however, some strong collectives, such as balavagn, C13, KOMM RAVEN and einausflug, have been able to establish themselves trying to keep the party going in the former capital of Germany.

Was sollen wir über Martin schreiben?!? Späk dessen richtiger Vorname Martin ist, hatte uns vor einiger Zeit angefragt ob er nicht -  naja,vielleicht, wäre schön mal ein Set anfertigen könnte. 
Kurzer Hand haben wir uns die Zeit genommen um uns seine Set´s anzuhören und siehe da, wir waren hin und weg. Stilistisch gehen seine Set´s von Downtempo über World, Oriental bis hin zu Sloth Musik.
Der wohnhafte Wiener ist auch mit seiner Crew "heimlich" im Umland von Wien sehr umtriebig. Sie veranstalten auch kleine Event die unter anderem "heimlich im Wald" heißen und sehr verträumt aussehen. Wir begeben uns nun auf eine verträumte und entspannte Reise im musikalischem "Orientexpress" von Späk - aber hört selbst.
