This is one of few mixes I've listened to multiple times recently. It's so smooth.

Tahl is a banger slinger. Seriously, he loves to sling bangers. Of all varieties. Preferably on dance floors, and more often than not of the high-tempo, rave ready variety. He's known and loved for his euphoric and pumping productions for labels such as Mama Told Ya, as well as for his party-rocking and highly technical sets spanning 90s techno, groovy trance, cheeky gabber, and assorted other rave flavors. He can be most often found having hard fun on funktion ones as a resident of Power Play, a series of off-location parties in Berlin.

Berlin-based Atonism is our guest this week with two hours of hi-NRG tech from the depths. Herald of a liquid-like, metamorphic strain of 4x4 expression, the Spanish-born producer treats us to a whirlwind of muted kicks and heavily processed dub machinery that shall sweep across the room like a tsunami. From the smokey sub end of the spectrum up steely, industrial-inflected onslaughts, Atonism shifts gears with undeniable jazz and panache, multiplying tracks and paths for your head and feet to get lost in. The first artists to start our 2023 OR-invites series are Hannover's own Dxrvo & Ynk.

dxrvo is a producer and DJ from Hanover, Germany. He is a resident of Klub PAN Hannover and runs the label & event team 'SYNERGIE'. There you can find a weekly podcast series with international DJ's. There are also EPs and album releases. dxrvo describes his style as hypnotic, minimalist groovy techno. He likes to play fast but at the moment he also likes to mix in some hard groove and ghetto house.
Yannek a.k.a. Ynk is 22 years old and a DJ from near Hanover, Germany. He is part of the Collective SYNERGIE and also a resident at Klub PAN in Hanover. 
He found his love for records 3 years ago and has made it his passion. The style of music he represents is diverse. Originally, he comes from the hard techno scene but has recently discovered groovy and hard groove sounds for himself. So it's a colorful mix that Ynk represents and he is always looking for new sounds and mixes.
dxrvo and Ynk take you on a hypnotic journey with this 107min mix full of driving rolling beats with lots of percussion.

"Punk is more an attitude than a style of music. And I think that techno is way more punk than punk." The Spanish DJ discusses the ethos of the underground, vinyl DJing and more on this week's Exchange from AVA Festival.

Héctor Oaks relocated from his hometown of Madrid to study at "Berlin University"—the clubs, record stores and underground parties that would shape his career as an artist. After once famously saying he could "live in peace" if he could play Berghain just once, the techno DJ has since graced the institution's dance floor multiple times and earned residencies at Herrensauna and Bassiani. Now one of a handful of in-demand, vinyl-only DJs, he's also a prolific artist and the head of two labels, KAOS and OAKS.

What makes Oaks especially interesting as an interview subject, though, isn't his newfound popularity, but the underlying ethos that drives his music career. A self-described "techno punk," he reflects on what happens to the punk ethos around the underground once the underground becomes mainstream. "When you see that you've worked for the underground and then the underground becomes pop, do you want to fight against it, or do you want to be part of it?" he asks. "We're not only carrying the music, but we're carrying the values."

In this interview, Oaks also talks about the art of playing vinyl, his new hip-hop project, working for the now-defunct Record Loft and his forthcoming album and live show. Listen to the episode in full.

aka Valentino Fabris Valenti, is Sicilian born in '94. 
He made his first debut at Phase2 parties in Catania which leaded him to become an actual resident.

Music has always been part of Valentino's life. During his childhood he began studies of guitar and piano, and, when a teenager widened his spectrum and vision towards electronic music by engaging to his first Techno parties .

After pursing the Techno path for several years, he decided to buy two turntables and start spinning records. The sound that come from his selection is pervaded by darkness and pure soulful grooves, mixing and shaping the journeys within Detroit influences.
