This month we want proudly show-off our Tribal powerhouse, Marco, used to be on duties as SMKX for the past decade, while keep developing new application-techniques and possible incoming scenarios.. ♨️ This is his own sonic preset, 2-steps full-on-hardgrooves, mainly influenced from Uk'ish and that NorthEurope old school sound since we met him several years ago.

Born and raised in the streets of Rotterdam, from a very young age, Steezy has spent a lot of his time curating music edits and involving himself with the local music scene in the Netherlands. This is why, at the age of 16, he started an internship at Triphouse Rotterdam — a collective of local DJs and creatives, that also acted as a record store/club. It was also the place where his passion for underground music grew. Spending most of his time in their headquarters, Steezy got inspired by house, techno & electro music and started to learn how to mix his favorite sounds too. 

Fast forwards to today, Steezy has become the founder of Malafide Records and has made a name for himself by playing at underground parties over the years. Running his own underground electronic label, as well as promoting his own events, these experiences have helped him evolve his style to include more techno, early rave, breakbeat, bootyhouse, jungle and drum & bass. With this evolution in style, his musical style consists of a perceptible sound journey that has also been featured on Operator Radio, Radio WORM, PRSPCT Radio and Radio Quantica — just to name a few.

His focus lies in techno, with a focus on the groove and the more melodic side, drawing inspiration from the likes of Ben Sims, Anne, Takaaki Itoh, Blasha & Allatt, Yanamaste, and many more.
Heavily inspired by his global surroundings, Luca founded Som-Hi Works, a forward-thinking collective dedicated to showcasing various upcoming artists. Through this platform, he not only provides a space for artists to share their music but also fosters a collaborative and creative environment, ultimately enriching the listener's experience.

Music needs to be sexy and get people moving – That’s how Sarica rolls!

With her punchy, groovy, and yet soulful sound, the Munich-based DJ shakes up dancefloors around the globe, having played at Shelter (China), Boogaloo (Croatia) or Output (South Korea). Spinning regularly at Rote Sonne (Munich) and Grelle Forelle (Vienna) proves her honest approach to Techno. It was never about being a performer – she is from the crowd, for the crowd.

Besides DJing, she also released on labels like “Not Equal Records” and „Sinope Recordings”. Her next Track will follow soon on an Argentinian record label. Just recently in 2023, she founded her own collective "GrooveRaiderz". Together with her partner Rio, she plans events and showcases around Europe, building up on her strong international network.

We are very happy that her next stop is at our podcast series, where she takes you on a trip from hypnotic sounds up to funk-infused oldschool cuts.
