This is a brilliant, upbeat happy song from the band 'Love Sick Radio'... very reminiscent of good old Ronnie Lane's music. Loving the vibe and the folk style, but there's a tiny hit of a R'n'R attitude in there, too! Beautifully captured by Warren at Spitfire Studio in L.A. Love it!

I've had a fabulous time mixing this fantastic song from the PLAPA.com course Mixing Classic Rock - Rockers for St Judes Hospital.

Another year... and another set of songs! This album has taken me a long... long time to finalise and get to where I'm happy to 'let-it-go! ... but, here it is and I'm incredibly proud of all the songs that I have put down here...

Every song on this album is about the idea of being happy in the HERE and NOW: being happy with yourself; being happy to be YOU;
not living for others; but living for YOU... not living in the past, nor in the future... but living TODAY... living NOW! and wearing YOUR 'Comfortable Skin'!

Life has taught me, it's great to have goals and aspirations, but today's busy lifestyle and the demands of our material world can be unhealthy! Please look after 'YOU' and each other!

Hi, my name is Kian Sparkes and I'm a songwriter & recording artist/musician who also provides music production, mixing and mastering engineer services at my Home Studio - West-Shire Studio. I work within all aspects of Rock music - my main passion being anything guitar!
