Cevin Fisher and David Morales team up on Sunshine, a new collaboration featuring British-Italian vocalist Romina Johnson, out now on Morales’ DIRIDIM Records.

Driven by a deep, expressive bassline and skittering percussion, Sunshine brings together three artists with deep roots in house and soul. Johnson’s soaring vocal sits front and centre - open, heartfelt and effortlessly powerful - while Fisher and Morales craft a backdrop that’s both hypnotic and restrained, balancing classic house elements with a modern, groove-led sensibility.

A Grammy-winning producer, remixer and DJ, David Morales has remained a key figure in global dance music for over three decades. His DIRIDIM imprint reflects his long-standing love of emotionally resonant club music, and has become a home for artists bridging the space between tradition and innovation.

Cevin Fisher, known for era-defining club records like The Freaks Come Out and You Got Me (Burnin’ Up), continues to refine his tough, rhythmic style: rooted in the sounds of New York and shaped by decades of global dancefloor experience. His work with Morales on Sunshine captures the synergy between two of house music’s most enduring figures.

Romina Johnson, best known for her vocals on the Artful Dodger classic Movin’ Too Fast, brings a rich and dynamic performance to the track. A seasoned collaborator across house, R&B and broken beat, she moves between restraint and release with ease, elevating the production with unmistakable presence.

407 is a concept EP filled with Left Field Bass, Acid, and Breakbeat tunes created by Arina Krondeva and Propah Ganda. These two have sampled field recordings all around Orlando, Florida, and turned them into these four tracks. Arina and Propah have a shared love for photography and took inspiration from pictures they took in the city with a $6 disposable camera. The artwork for the EP was taken by Arina and Propah during their adventures.  Welcoming these two into the Quack family, these tracks are out of the box, unique, and tell a story within the sound design.

Lucy is an 8-year-old greylag goose in Orlando, Florida, who has made news headlines more than once. Famous for saving a duckling, locals in the area now know the goose by name and regularly stop by to give Lucy water and take pictures. The track 'LUCY' on the EP is named after Lucy the goose, a track that fits with the brand of Quack Squawk Honk.

The track 'LUCY' is a heavier Acid Breakbeats track that develops in energy from start to finish. The dark underlying synths create a spooky atmosphere beneath the crispy drums and driving acid bass. This track is the perfect opener for the 407 EP, drawing you in right from the start.

The second track on the EP, 'I Took Acid And The City Was Humming In 303,' has the housey vibe of the project. The song has house and breakbeat drums intertwined around an upbeat acid line, as well as low growly reese bass. This song is the upbeat-dancey song of the 407 EP.

Humidity has a pedestrian vibe to the beat and development of the track. A song that sounds like you are walking around a city you're familiar with. The FX and ear candy have an industrial sound with a pounding acid bassline underneath. This track has a strong Left Field Bass energy with its weird sounds and unique percussion.

Lights Behind, the last track on the EP, is the feeling of leaving the city behind and seeing the lights behind you. A more peaceful Breakbeats track with melodic percussion and low reese pads that create a calming atmosphere to the instrumental. This track has the most melodic aspects on the EP, with multiple synth sounds and melodies complementing each other, all the while surrounded by driving drums and bouncy rhythms.
