Searching for a pleasing sound and a beautiful aura, she found a place of love, community, kindness, psychedelic connections and space. This is how MISAKI's journey has begun. Psychedelic Connection is a psytrance compilation that she has edited with all her heart and with the special collaboration of many Artists and Friends, met while travelling around the world. It is a series of works which contain a range of music from edgy night tracks to morning psychedelic tunes that drive on a trip from dark sketchy vibe to daytime positive lights. This was the first official party that I played after COVID 19 started. Fuck Yeah!! Feels great to be back to a field with a bunch of happy people 😆😆

*** I re-recorded the set in my house using 2 CDJs 2000NX and a mixer DJM900. I tried to recreate what I played at the party, the sequence of the tracks is correct but some mixes might be slight different.

Exactly thirty years after the Purple Rain protest in South Africa, Psydewise pays a powerful tribute to the Purple People, the protesters who were thrown purple dye during this demonstration against apartheid, the racial segregation system in force in South Africa at that time.
