Sciahriar ‘Sciahri’ Tavakoli, an Italo/Iranian DJ and producer, has been a prominent figure in the techno scene since his 2014 debut EP Mysterious Love on Ilian Tape. His sound navigates the full spectrum of techno, blending functional rhythms with experimental textures, a versatility mirrored in his dynamic DJ sets.

Sciahri has made his mark with releases on renowned labels like Warm Up, Non Series, Clergy, Semantica, Mord, and 47. Since 2017, he has also run Sublunar Records, a platform showcasing forward-thinking techno from both established and emerging artists, including Temudo, D-Leria, Cirkle, Oscar Mulero, Kangding Ray, and Adriana Lopez.

Romanian-born and Italian-based DJ, producer and label-head Ketch has carved out a distinctive space in the scene through his dark, texturised grooves laced with tribal, dub and acid elements. Gockel began DJing and producing music in 2012 and launched his label “Massive Madness” in 2014, promoting Hardtechno and Schranz events in Regensburg. His energetic style gained attention across Germany and Europe. After a break in 2019, he returned in summer 2023 with a renewed focus on Hardgroove, Detroit-, and Dubtechno. His recent work is supported by respected artists, marking a strong comeback and continued presence in the electronic music scene.

Alberto Tolo is a DJ and producer from Padua who began his journey behind the decks in the early 2000s, launching a parallel production career in 2007 that led to EPs on Dubfire’s SCI+TEC label. After years of exploration, he found his place in the hypnotic techno scene, producing and recording mixes for Berlin collectives with a sound that’s become distinctly his own.

In 2022, he founded ALT—an independent label dedicated to his vision of techno, marked by tribal rhythms and dark, minimalist textures. With a wink, he refers to these as “boring sounds”—now a signature of his productions. Alongside his work in the studio, he continues to play across Europe and, in 2024, began a new residency with Berlin’s Demolate collective.

This studio podcast captures his classic style: deep, hypnotic, and unmistakably Tolo.

French-born and Berlin-based, Gannein is a Techno DJ and producer known for his hypnotic, industrial-leaning sound. Ana Tijoux
Ana Tijoux (born in 1977 in France, daughter of Chilean exiles) is one of the most influential voices in contemporary Latin American music. Her style blends hip hop, conscious rap, and Latin American roots, with lyrics charged with social critique, historical memory, and cultural affirmation. From her beginnings with the group Makiza to her solo career, she has built a body of work that fuses rhythm and poetry with strong political and human commitment.

1997
“1997” is one of her most personal songs. In it, Tijoux returns to her intimate story, reflecting on childhood, displacement, and the scars of exile. With a melodic and confessional tone, the song connects the biographical with the universal, showing how music can be a space for healing, remembering, and resisting. Listening to it is stepping into the memory of an artist who understands creation as an act of identity and truth.
