Do You Remember?

This is a blissed-out and baggy take on the original that is built around the concept of being awake when the day breaks.  I've edited the lyrics to make it more of an exhortation for the sun to come up and the day to begin.

Musically, the three distinct parts reflect the time: the first is that magical part of the early morning when stars are out; the second, during the break, is that time when the hour is darkest before the dawn; and the final part is a celebration of the sun coming up.

DJ and producer of downtempo, midtempo, trip-hop, ambient house, techno, old school acid, and remixes.  Spinning since '89, he is a member of various SF Bay Area DJ crews and has done remix and production work with the likes of Rowetta from Happy Mondays, as well as fronting his band Hope Chest since 1992.  Always melodic, always psychedelic, always groovy.
