some work using a few custom sampler-based instrument racks I've been working on in Ableton Live.

One shot recording (except for the fadeout), firing off 3 tracks of clips, doing live sample swapping on the melody track, and pseudo-random panning/transposition/sample offset on the 2 rhythm tracks.
