Judy and Collin lived in 61 Becker St.  The apartment up half flight of stairs as one would go in from the side of the building that faced 63 Becker St. An article in the Kitchener-Waterloo Record explained that they were given absolutely no notice that they had to move as the two buildings were slated for demolition to provide necessary for a new off-ramp, or basically highway expansion. Two critical points from my point of view, 1| Officers from the WRPS were also employee's of "Sand Hills Property Management" -They shoveled the snow and cut the grass, collected rent. (one would assume it should therefore be "SAFE"; absolutely the opposite). 
2| The expansion of the expressway still hasn't happened 7 years later.
What really happened? One monster of a question, but I so far have seen one i caught with a USB camera\security. Heard two different ones. One being a middle aged women with slight bit of rasp in her voice ->"Lean her into the wall" aka 'throw her into the wall".
Another who has a strange buzz to his voice. Similar stature to a child, sounds friendly, but I seriously doubt that. The one i saw with usb camera had changed from a bird on the ceiling with inverted colours to a wave pattern of light almost a rainbow pattern as it moved. It then set itself in the window frame. Four sections of straight sections set off from each other at fairly even angles.on each section it looked like fiber optics in short pieces on perpendicular angles to the straight sections. Each one had a colour and shade of that rainbow wave.
     I once heard some women talking about a "Tempest",didn't think much of it till after I moved and found the stills that were takjen from the actual motion video. 
    Knocking down the buildings probably didn't do much, except show them ignorance. Wonder what house used to be there street address of 65 Becker st, Google maps recognizes it's location, on my Gmaps anyways.
