"The Code" is the first single from S.O.S.'s upcoming project (name TBA). The idea for the track came from B.Allen when he was planning for his solo project. He approached other people about collaborating with him on his version of Wiz Khalifa's "The Code" and none seemed to pan out well. B.Allen then approached BDaMan about dropping a verse on the beat and the track was born.

S.O.S. recorded this track on June 12th, 2012 (a day after BDaMan's 20th Birthday) at ChopShop Studio in Minneapolis, MN. It was mixed and edited by Signature (of New Life and The Cadence Kompany).

S.O.S. Ain't Nothin' To Funk Wit (Funk Volume Contest 2013)

S.O.S. (Speed of Sound) is a Hip-Hop duo composed of BDaMan (born Bryce Foster) and B.Allen (born Brice Allen) from Minneapolis, Minnesota and The Quad Cities, respectively. The two are the main artists of Culchr ENT.  S.O.S started rapping on-and-off together as early as 2004. When B.Allen moved to Minneapolis in 2013, the two got a sense of reinvigoration for music, being around fellow artists such as: MonoPoleJoe and MICDos. Since then, the two have continued to make great strides to outdo each song and performance together. With big dreams, creative minds and a shared love for music; the future shines bright for Speed of Sound.
