why the fuck did you delete half of your undertale and deltarune remixes

it seems you deletes almost half your library out of nowhere. or soundcloud had a brain fart. are you ok?.

Is there an alt profile you can uplaod songs too so soundcloud doesnt delete them cause of the bs pro subscription stuff?

Dry Lagoon Lofi (From "Sonic Adventure 2") [Hotline Sehwani]

This is the last entry in my OG Jazz:Rouge project, Dry Lagoon, completing the quartet of Rouge stages.

...Ironically enough, it's Rouge's *first* stage!

Dry Lagoon...a.k.a Bright Sound. What can I say? It's utter perfection. When I first heard the music, it "awakened" me, for lack of a better term. The vibe was just so different from anything I had ever heard before. So sensual and exotic, yet so sultry and confident at the same time. I thought only pop, rock or hip-hop could get away with being "sexy", and yet, this manages it...with a way classier flavour IMO.

Honestly, there's no way I could ever top the original. However, my remix this time round harmonises to...a somewhat different emotional resonance that hopefully makes things interesting...

I leant harder into the vibe of the "exotic", and diverted a little from the sultry. Less confident, more wistful. While the original is more earthy, this is more spiritual. I paid a lot of attention to sounds - in particular, percussion sounds. Dry Lagoon the stage itself is full of beautiful Ancient Egyptian imagery, and so I tried my hand at reinforcing that imagery with equally evocative sounds.

And hopefully, I've managed to do something along those lines!

With this, the OG project is complete. it's been quite the journey! 

But don't worry - there's still more to come... ;)

Hi everybody!

Today was my birthday! So here's a little cover of one of my all-time favourite Nintendo songs: "Sky Tower" from Kirby's Return to Dreamland!
I've really been enjoying this song lately. Thankfully HAL seems to like it as well, as it has returned in just about every Kirby game since! It really seems like it's becoming a "classic" Kirby tune, joining the ranks with Green Greens and Gourmet Race.

This arrangement has been dancing around in my head for quite some time now. One day, the idea for this cover - with the little chiptuney GameBoy bits - just 'hit' me. I knew exactly how I wanted it to sound and just went from there, which doesn't happen often for me.

Well, I hope you like this arrangement: a little bit of new, a little bit of nostalgia.

I've been working on a demo reel of original music that I hope to get up pretty soon, so stay tuned for that. Now, time for me to play some more Breath of the Wild! Take it easy everyone!
