Bristol young gun and bass-bringing extraordinaire Hoax isn’t slowing down anytime soon as he unleashes his latest collaboration ‘One By One’, alongside the iconic Eva Lazarus, and fellow label-mate Degs. Crisp production and vibes in abundance, this link-up is seriously weighty as the trio deliver an immaculate drum & bass cut built up from a melting pot of musical influences.

Eva Lazarus, renowned for her powerful vocal identity and dynamic stage presence, injects her infectious energy into ‘One By One’ with killer flows and top-shelf delivery. Effortlessly traversing genres from reggae and hip-hop to D&B and jungle, she has become a formidable force in the music scene working amongst heavyweights such as Mungo’s Hi Fi, Benny Page, Gardna, Dynamite MC, and Ed Solo to name a few.

Degs, known for his introspective lyricism and raw vocal style, is no stranger to working with Hoax - with the two having previously collaborated on ‘Outlaw’ and ‘Don’t Be Gone Too Long’. Opening the EP with a burst of atmospheric euphoria, "Wake Up" pairs Hoax’s razor-sharp production with a stunning vocal performance from SOLAH and the signature crisp touch of Hugh Hardie. This is drum & bass at its finest, blending futuristic synth work, captivating soundscapes, and weighty basslines - all in perfect harmony.
