Hey folks. 
I only spent a few minutes in Musescore; can't read music so I just randomly wrote in notes on random instruments then sampled. 

Was listening to Rick Rubin's new book, and he suggested a way to write lyrics where you beat a pillow for 5 minutes non stop and then write down the first things that come to mind. I did that once and wrote what became the, uh, wholesome lyrics, then I did it again and recorded it. 

By the end of the process I was beating up a pillow at full force for a combined total of 12 minutes and I am still sore from doing it days later. The outro to this is a sliced and stacked up take of me punching the poor (thankfully memory foam) pillow until I was laughing hysterically. 

For the sung lyrics I had a friend call me and read a random line from a random book of hers. It vaguely fit what I *think* the theme is. 

The end result is a confused, id driven weirdo piece. Cathartic as hell to make, but not quite enjoyable to listen to. Most fun I've had in a decade.

My proof that acoustic guitars don't work in space. Inspired by Aliens vs Predator (2000) for PC and every space scene in every movie and also Voyager for one bar. 

Recorded with a tascam sitting on a pillow on my couch. Samples are the  BBC Symphony Orchestra which was definitely acoustic when it was sampled. Drums are ableton packs of acoustic kits so HMU if you wanna drum on this.
