‘Encode’ sheds light on the devastating beauty within darkness. Evocative and emotive, the never-ending climax of Binaryh’s productions seeps deep into this creation particularly. Siren-like synths lead way to an ever-increasing attachment to the rhythms and melodies, in an almost addictive way.

For the second installment of the remix treatment for our "Casting Shadows Without Light" LP we have handpicked two more rapidly rising newcomers in Alex Di Stefano and Matt Cooper to remix "Harpoon" and "Always Too Much", respectively. Taking their cues from the originals and maintaining the strongest, most memorable elements, they have both done us proud and offered excellent alternative interpretations of the already hugely successful and well regarded originals.

[PREMIERE] Cherry - Alma (Original Mix) @ Digital Emotions

Part 2 of the Propaganda remixes picks up where the first left off. Gathering together some of the finest talent in contemporary techno, Oliver Huntemann’s killer LP from late 2017 gets more new reworks and remixes.

'Momentum' is flipped by the ever dependable André Winter, who’s deep and groovy interpretation brings new textures to the orignal and will delight fans of his previous work.

Fur Coat, the producer duo originally from Venezuela and now based in Barcelona, bring their own specific flavour to one of the album highlights, 'Egoist'. Their remix is a stripped down driving techno cut with a deeply acidic undertone.

Olivier Giacomotto, the techno producer from Bordeaux, France, provides a electro infused rework of 'Vertigo', adding sharp
808 patterns, a thick cut groove, and eventually some deep pads to his version.

'Malaria' gets the treatment by SHADED who drops his Dark Stab mix. Skyler Patrick Taugher, the Californian behind the
SHADED moniker, brings a particularly tough mix for one of Huntemann’s key tracks - a sure fire peak time winner.

Another album highlight 'Doppelgänger' is remixed by Berlin resident and Upon You boss Marco Resmann, adding layers of
dynamic rhythym with which to counterpoint his edgy pads and deep synth touches.

'Trick17' is giving a mix by Senso regular Distale. A filthy, low roller with fathoms-deep sub bass and and sparkling percussion.

The young Russian Maksim Dark adds his own interpretation of 'Poltergeist' to the release, edging up the darkness a little
more and producing a growling, tough techno workout that will go over big on a lot of floors this year.

The man from Rostock, Carlo Ruetz, provides a slick dub of 'Der schwarze Kanal’, stripping away any superfluous sounds
and setting the controls fort he heart oft he dancefloor.

The EP kicks things off nicely with the title track 'Unicorn' and its forlorn moodiness that shines through, as we stroll effortlessly through club inspired melodies, while the sweltering chords sit wonderfully on top adding an extra layer of depth. The track continues to build on an unyielding foundation of deep percussive grooves and bass-lines. 'Unicorn' is a skillful piece of music that highlights the duos palpable talents.

Next up we have 'Phoenix' which features a polished and sophisticated sound profiling, as the pulsating bass powers along, before its drum fills and general warmth all combine to do the talking. Like something from yesteryear, yet sounding fresh and upfront. The transcendent beats on offer take the energy levels up a notch, increase the élan with stripped back and lucid elements, before the luscious pads change the vibe and create a blanket of balminess that wraps around the accomplished groove. 'Essential stuff'!

Nadya (RU) created a wonderful EP full of tension from the word go. The introduced club vibes throughout intelligently keeps you moving with warm dynamic sounds, a smooth driving edge and fine percussive fragments. We basically have the formula for a bit of a monumental outing. It's all about the energetic groove and cool club vibes that are working their magic around the duo wonderfully arranged original that create an irresistible sequence while taking the mind on a trip.
