You go over to them and ask them to dance, they say yes, the night turns into a wonderful surprise as the two of you slowly fall in love, Before they dance ends the two of you hop into your 1972 Subaru, it's not much but it has wheels, you crank up the radio and but the road behind you

Prom

A surfer I like named Dave Rastovich said in an interview if he's afraid of death, his response essentially was no because passing into an afterlife is just "changing clothes". I really liked that sentiment and how it applied to my life and the recent loss I, and close ones, we're experiencing. At the time I was also thinking about the concept of Rituals. Like how people need to follow a routine in the morning or before a free-throw. Just like the things we prioritize as important to accomplish a task and in a broader sense the rituals we follow in life and how silly they compare in the face of death. The things we consider to be crucial steeping stones for life don't always necessarily need to be that way. Idk it's kinda cluttered and I want to do a better job in the future with articulating myself, maybe I'll come back. to this project and adjust some things, In time.
