Between 1999 – 2003 in Adelaide, Australia, the demon of ONI was given life in the form of a four-piece dark and brutal death metal band. ONI’s foundations in hell were laid by members of past and present luminaries such as Tzun Tzu, Beyond Mortal Dreams, Martire, Darklord, Oath of Damnation, Deluge & more.

ONI combined oriental influences with dark, brooding and highly proficient death metal ferocity. By the cessation of ONI’s life, they had produced 8 tracks over three assorted releases and contributed to several compilations including ‘Hell at Last – A Tribute to Slayer’ amongst others.

Aptly titled Incantation Superstition, Sphere of Apparition is proud to reissue a compendium of ONI’s discography on 12” Vinyl & CD (CD co-released with Dissident Records) totaling over 32 minutes, with their complete catalogue documented plus a Slayer cover - Altar of Sacrifice.

Sometime around 1993, in the halls of Cromer High-school on Sydney’s Northern beaches, Neuropath was conceived. Between 1995 and 1996 Neuropath documented two demo cassettes; firstly, “Nefarious Vivisection” followed by “Desert of Excruciation”. “Nefarious Vivisection” acted as a purging of their earlier material but epitomized the uncompromisingly raw and brutal edge of mid 90’s Death Metal. “Desert of Excruciation” originally released by Australia's Warhead Records saw Neuropath traversing towards a tighter and more technical style of Death Metal. Remarkably both demos where released unmastered.

“At Damnation’s Core” compiles both demos together, mastered for the first time by Dredged Oblivion.

The “At Damnation’s Core” CD package will include an 8-page booklet comprising band photos, lyrics and detailed linear notes of Neuropath’s history authored by guitarist and founding member Daniel Stubbs.

Sphere of Apparition Records (AUS) in collaboration with Extremely Rotten Productions (DEN) is proud to present a new, sinister force of Death Metal Darkness; UNHOLY REDEEMER – ‘A fever to Dethrone all Kings’. 

The sacrilegious congregation of UNHOLY REDEEMER draws together an experienced trinity of filth; Steven HULL (Guitars – Encabulos, Crucifire) and Jarro RAPHAEL (Drums / Bass – Nocturnal Graves, Psychic Mass, Deströyer 666) from Australia, with Jens Bendtsen Pedersen (Vokills – Cerekloth, Perdition’s Mire, The Pale Hand) from Denmark rounding out the line-up.

The three tracks used to construct “A fever to Dethrone all Kings” have remained dormant since the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Resurrected by HULL and RAPHAEL, these catacombic compositions have been brought back to life with dark, destructive savagery.

Unholy Redeemer draws inspiration from bands such as Morbid Angel and Sadistic Intent, whilst melding elements of churning down-tuned darkness reminiscent of bands such as early Decrepit, Fleshcrawl and Incantation.

Sphere of Apparition Records proudly presents our fourth instalment of damnation and anti-scripture; Australia’s HELLSTORM APOCALYPSE. Their self-titled debut demonstration of dark death/black metal due for release 21-NOV-25 on MCD & Digital.

It's near 15 years since DOOMSAYER (Guitars/Bass/Vocals/Synth) last collaborated with long-time comrade HELLAEON (Drums). Previously conspiring in Adelaidian entities such as Suffering, Beyond Mortal Dreams, ONI and Darklord, 2024 wrought a desire to construct something dark and primal between them.

HELLSTORM APOCALYPSE delivers five tracks and just under 30 minutes of destructive, dark black/death metal, including a cover of ARMOURED ANGEL’s ‘Hymn of Hate’. Thick, churning riffs, righteous guitar solos and dynamic synth passages combine to create insidiously aphotic soundscapes. Hellaeon’s return from the abysses is scored by a violent combination of signature Hellaeon blasts encased in heavy, bone jarring strikes. Pure manic furiosity; whilst Doomsayer’s trademark cavernous, yet varied vocal range, rounds out the bands overall suffocating density.

Angel’s fall, demons rise, the portal opened, a world of fire. Hellstorm Apocalypse awaits.
