Things move fast these days, everything needs to be done faster easier and in the most convenient way. They say that the future can't wait and technology doesn't like to look back. But somehow in this process we feel that we have lost a key factor: we call it the Human factor. 

At FHR we think that not everything needs to fit in a pigeonhole, we still like a vocal on a groove and a musician playing on a drum loop. I know it's strange but sometimes we also like Djs that mix slightly out tempo but then put it back in time.

All this gives us the feeling that there is human being behind an emotion. We would rather have a imperfect unique experience than a precise emotionless never-ending loop.

And that's why we want our music to sound like it's made by an genuine Human intuition. And that's why we will always try to make and present to you the best possible Fine Human Records.
Hopefully you'll like what we are about and forgive us for our mistakes.

And that shall not be all - our dear friend and fellow music addict David Dorad will release his first rmx on URSL shortly thereafter. No worries though, this will not be the end of the (URSL) story .. so, watch out and keep your eyes open!

Another year, another Full Body Workout. At least that's how we are ringing in 2015 - with installment #14 of the FBW series. Mixed by our dear Alican, the 11-track compilation ranges from the futuristic oriental -Jaen Paniagua's track, named 'Udon', no less- to the old-school popping on Fadel's 'Elle', stopping in at Alican's own pinball-gone-mad creation of 'Machineself’; and Martin Eyerer and Marcelo Roselot's instantly classic bassline on 'The Catwalk'. The release is completed by choice selections of work by the likes of False Image, Mario Aureo & Spieltape, Thomas Gandey & Darick György, Aaaron, Tom Peters, Stefano Ritteri and Deepchild and, of course, a special mix by Alican featuring all the tracks. 2015, here we come!

After a busy Spring with the launch of her Neverwhere Radio show, new tracks on Get Physical and mixing their latest Full Body Workout compilation, CAMEA sets the stage for summer with her next Bpitch Control installment. This will be CAMEA‘s third solo release on Ellen Allien’s imprint, following up her highly acclaimed ‘City Watch Over Me’ and ‘Neverwhere’ singles, as well as a vinyl only remix project featuring Deadbeat, Locked Groove and Lee Jones. Now the Seattle-born artist and Berlin resident contributes a great three-track collection for her new single titled, ’The Hallway’, out in vinyl and digital format.
In this selection, CAMEA continues to lay the foundation for her experimental combination of deep house and tech- no with a collection of three mind-bending pieces. The A side track, Wormhole, is a peak time techno space burner for the main stage, while the B-side goes deeper with two kaleidoscopic tech house tunes. The titled track, ‚The Hallway’, is a psychotropic and funky descent, layered with trippy vocals and spaced-out melodies, all connected by an irresistibly towering peak. Finally, ‘Orchestra of Dreams’ concludes her release with a harmonious and passionate dance ballad, rippling it’s way in and out of FM synthesis and orchestral harmonies for an eerie and elegant piece. CAMEA’s sound and ideas speak loudly on this release, sharing with us another part of her journey and adding ano- ther essential piece to her discography and the Bpitch archive.

We wanted every track to be special as it’s not only the club anniversary, but also the 2nd birthday of our lovely label! Sicher wäre jeder einzelne Track ein eigenes Release wert gewesen, aber was soll der Geiz? Zur Feier des Tages packen wir sie allesamt auf unsere Geburtstags-Compilation und gönnen sie uns alle auf einmal! You can always tell when the Norwegian's are in the house. Deep, moody,atmospheric, lovely vocals all glazed with a wintery touch and sparkle. The very same can be said for the Darkroom Dubs debut from Terje Saether.
The relatively unknown Oslo based producer is about to make a name for himself with the gorgeously spooky tech sounds of "Scared". A deep synth groove delivers us to the break where we are bathed in the sultry vocal of Malin Pettersen.
A key track for DRD label chief's Silicone Soul, "Scared" has been treated to a wealth of remixes. Not only are we treated to the tougher, dubby, glitched techno workouts of Freska &amp; Daniel Kyo, Nadja Lind and Klartraum but we are also presented with a stunning mix from label newbie Gregorythme and a quite unbelievable magnum opus from Terje's compatriots, Of Norway. At 24 mins, she's an epic you MUST take the time to listen to... stunning!
