i got sick of putting my whole phone on shuffle & hitting "next" so much during my runs, so i started making mixes that line up with them. i made this last week at the peak of my october frenzy so it's all horror, baby - lotta carpenter, goblin, frizzi & some other stuff, plus big chunks of @darbyrose's HORRARMIX2K14 which you should absolutely listen to cuz it's great.

i use couch to 5k & this was week 3, so this lines up with that pretty well (5min walk then 1.5min jog, 1.5min walk, 3min jog, 3min walk, 1.5min jog, 1.5min walk, 3min jog, 8min walk/cooldown)
