I Recently had the pleasure and the honor of working on a Furico Music Team-music works Album project. A Fantastic and wonderfully complex collection of 10 songs  simply called "Leaked Live FMT 1" and "Leaked Live FMT2". I am presenting this song With FMT and Windscale Blues Experiment's kind permission.  It is a first take out-take that i was quite Taken with, And quite a bit different than the final cut. Seven Geese - a Dark Remembered Dream

Seven geese were flying, moon the light upon their wing
in a dream of all things likely to appear,
Still the child in heartbeat tremble, bright the blade
so light her stepping through the membrane of a darkling world of dream


Seven gannets, seven gulls, a-slicing through the grey sky dull
to pain of mist and hollow heart, a beating pulse, call so shrill
Seven swans reflecting white, as waves recede and laugh with light
She wanders filled with promises, sweet garlands to embrace


Stepping lightly, green the water, dark the weed-swirl sweeping on 
as sirens sing so sweetly
the waves rise deep and keening,  keening..
for the lightly lapping whispers she remembers from her dreams


Seven steps it took her, through the shallow to the deep
and the waves closed up behind her as she danced,
Stepping lightly through the darkness of her deep remembered dream,
her dark remembered dream

"This song is a mixture of folk and Hendrix-inspired psychedelic rock. I was listening to African folk while doing this and took some inspiration from there for the acoustic guitars. It’s part of our 2nd EP, which is dedicated to the notion of a changing world after the pandemic experience. 
This song in particular tries to reflect a personal struggle between the material & the spiritual, the resistance to accept that we are nothing but a walking piece of meat and that we are treated like that by the elites. 
In other words, it’s a really nihilistic song."

The work consists of eleven “knots” or sections progressing from one to the next without pause. 

Performance time is about 17 1/4 minutes.
