One of my foundational beliefs is that we are spirit of a Great Spirit, Creator, God, Love, The One… part, a vital piece of the Great Whole. Spirit is Light. Light is energy. Light is information - we feel this viscerally in our bodies and think with this in our minds. Spirit To Spirit reminds us of this.
