Dr. Joe Dispenza about the trama that set him on the path for answers and learning to heal yourself. He is the author of several books including "Evolve Your Brain" and "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One". Dr. Dispenza was educated in neuroscience and both books detail the neuroscience of change and epigenetics. He then created workshops to teach people how to do it.
"Information is Transformation" 
People tend to want to can make changes in their life after crisis, trauma, disease, diagnosis, or loss. His thought is why wait? "You can learn and change in a state of pain and suffering or you can learn and change in a state of joy and inspiration. It's a time in history where It's not enough to know, it's a time in history to know how. "Everybody secretly believes in their greatness and if given the opportunity, the right knowledge and the right instruction, then people start doing the miraculous". 
There is a delicate balance between intention and surrender and you can learn to create this.
