WOUND MAN aka DEEP LUGE is the last surviving member of the Spirit Mind Collective, a Memphis Ambient supergroup that escaped the clutches of USSR Latvia in order to find a job in Memphis. WOUND MAN was an integral part of SMC, inspiring the group to continue their conquest for a richer sound and a wider variety of emotional tones in their work. Even after the untimely death of MC EMOTIONS in gang warfare, he continued his career and his diplomatic travels of spreading the sound of Memphis Ambient. 

Wound Man also interpreted sounds of pure emotion and passion as a tribute to the third and final member of SMC. Sex Man aka DC++ was killed in a terrifying orgy by the hoes of memphis the first year he had entered the area. R.I.P. Sex Man, amen.

While paralyzed and crippled from a brutal attack by an enemy Memphis Ambient producer, WOUND MAN still has a dream and a vision -- he is releasing the album JOURNEY TO THE STATION OF THE HEART on SONY LATVIA in early 2015, finally fulfilling the prophecy of the Mind's Eye, an object which WOUND MAN found while sailing in the Atlantic Ocean on his yacht - "Hector". Unfortunately, the yacht was destroyed by enemy Memphis Ambient producers.


Enforcing the novel visions of Wound Mans intuition has led to a new opening of expression to follow. 

Don't be afraid to reach out to the Wound as he who has been through a slice - will know better how to shoot dice.
