JK, lol but still :P) I know I probably won't win but music isn't all about winning haha, so I don't care. :D (Well... if I'm honest about it, I actually DO kinda care and it would be so awesome to win or even get 2nd but whatever :P Not too big of a deal. Not all about winning :)

So yeah, after restarting multiple times, constantly changing styles sounds, and feels, I finally came to this: A combination of everything I did! What I mean is that I added a couple different elements from each time I restarted. That's why there's such a vast amount of different sounds and such. :) Everything from electric guitars (which I played personally, just saying ;D) to synths! I almost added a rap I wrote too, but in the end I decided not to include it because I wasn't sure if adding your own lyrics was allowed, and tbh I'm not the best rapper out there lol! In all, I've probably spent over 100 hours working on this remix... (Yeah I know, that's a lot! I think it's the most I've worked on any track ever!) Whenever I've made tracks before, I knew exactly how I wanted it to sound and everything came into place perfectly! But this was different! I was SO indecisive in this remix and I had NO idea how I wanted it to sound! That's how this remix came to be, with all sorts of different styles and musical elements. Honestly. I'm just glad I actually have something pretty decent. :) Of course, I still feel there's something missing, but there's always room for improvement, and I'll just have to discover what it is and continue to improve in my music production and creativity!

Anyways, I hope you enjoy my remix! And be sure to leave lots of feedback and critique me! I'd really appreciate any tips and/or tricks you could leave me, so I know what I can improve on!

P.S. One thing I know I need to work on is the final mix and mastering, so any tips you could offer specifically on that topic would be extremely helpful! However as of right now, I'm pretty limited because I have the Light version of Ableton Live 9 and I don't have any mastering plugins. (Though I may be getting the suite version if all goes well for my birthday in September! It'd have to be a combined present from all of my family if I got it ahaha)

How I got my name: One of my favorite Bible characters is Elijah. (Plus, that's kind of my name, lol.) In the Bible, Elijah (with the help of God of course) set fire to a wet altar built of rocks, & he also went to Heaven in a chariot of fire. Sparks start a fire. The spirit part comes from the Holy Spirit. Put it together and you get SpiritSparkz. (Also the alliteration thing with the "Sp" makes it pretty catchy, and the "z" at the end instead of an "s" looks cool and makes it more unique!)
