We are in a new era, a time that many say has come to connect with the sacred feminine energy and sow the seed of healing to the wounded masculine energies. It is time to reconnect with the mother energy and ancestral wisdom, leave our fears behind and wake up all together.

In "Cantos a la Madre" (Chants to the Mother) each artist presents a vision of the concept of "mother" in their own "chant", forming a multilingual compilation that investigates the development of a new electronic music in harmony with the lyrical tradition of different cultures. It includes songs in native languages of South America such as Quechua and more unusual musical experiments in German, Ukrainian, Hebrew, as well as many in Spanish, English and more. 

With a large femenine presence plus the invitation to work in a mixed way between women and men, the album is an attempt to take electronic music one step further, rescuing the use of the human voice and, as well, reflecting on this broad and wonderful concept of ¨the mother¨, a concept that is transversal to all living beings on this planet.

All donations on bandcamp will go directly to the artists, heavily affected by the closure of all live shows for a long time. We invite the public to listen and collaborate with this project with the intention that any help, whether in donations or simply by sharing this album (that’s free!), is in itself a little but important seed for the rebirth of this art and part of its community.
We hope you enjoy this release with a flavor of folktronica, downtempo, house and experimental, created with endless love as a musical jewel to delight not only the ears, but also the heart and soul.

Inspired by a voice message during lockdown from Italian producer, Ka:Lu, who spoke of travelling with a loved group of nomadic friends, Thommie G transformed the message into an uplifting track. Embellished by the deeper and driving piece, Mentalist, with its intricate guitar melodies and superb remixes, this EP represents the yin and the yang of uplifting times that are grounded in deeper meaning and love.

Amour Propre is the musical project of Clement Guigou and Sami Benjelloun. The duo is composed by two artists aged 27 and 21, passionate about music since their youngest age. Both of them have been immersed in very musical and composition-oriented families. Throughout their childhood, they have discovered and listened to lots of different musical genres. Their vibes are deep house oriented with world music influences. Clément was born in the French Riviera in the South of France and Sami was born in Lille in the North of France. The meeting between the two members was a musical love at first sight, they immediately decided to create this duo because they felt the music the same way. The world music influences used in their music are in reference to their families who have transmitted them the love for travelling and discovering new places and new sounds. Although this duo is young, they have already played in such beautiful places such as Private beach club in St Tropez, Cannes, on the French riviera. They also played with Sora at Chez Mila Paris. They try to convey their energy through their music which is a real language of expression for both of them. Their music describes their everyday feelings, which can be powerful and smoother

There are times when life brings droughts that blur the path to our true inner self. They leave us constantly looking at the floor when we most need to look around.
We can’t always be right and it goes without saying that it’s okay not to be. But in those times when everything seems like an endless desert and we believe the road won’t get any easier, we just have to have a little faith, because a simple rainy day may be enough to lead us to bloom, no matter how daunting the path may become.
It is enough to become aware of everything that happens within us and thus we will be liberated through the truth that our soul whispers to us. Our truth will flourish to show us the way we must continue.
At the end of the day, just a little rain is enough for a flower to bloom in the desert.

About the EP-*
In ancient Indian Texts, the Brahmastra (Sanskrit: ब्रह्‍मास्‍त्र, IAST: Brahmāstra) and its variants, the Higher brahmastra , and Brahmashirsha astra, are supernatural weapons collectively called Brahma weapons. The Brahmashirsha astra is a weapon that is said to be able to destroy the universe, capable of destroying creation and vanquishing all beings. They are the most destructive, powerful, and irresistible weapons mentioned in Hinduism. These weapons are all created by Lord Brahma.
It is termed as a fiery weapon that creates a fierce fireball, blazing up with terrible flames and countless horrendous thunder flashes. When discharged, all nature including trees, oceans, and animals tremble, and the sky surrounds with flame, glaciers melt and mountains shatter with copious noise all around.
When used, the Brahmastra which is person-centric can destroy a powerful enemy if he doesn't possess an alternate counter weapon. If it is Bhrmashirsha Astra it makes collateral damage and every useful resource in a given area and prevents even a single blade of grass from ever growing in that area again. It is mentioned in Epic that there will be no rainfall for 12 Brahma years (1 Brahma year = 3.11 Trillion Human years; 12 Brahma years = 37.32 Trillion Human years) and climate conditions will worsen. The strike of the Brahmastra will eventually destroy everything.
Arjuna and Ashwatthama almost used the Brahmashira astra against each other near the end of the Kurukshetra War, however both were stopped by Narada, Krishna and Vyasa to prevent the destruction of the world.
