This is one of the first tracks I recorded. It was at least ten years ago. It was recorded with Dimitri from the Lower Haight San Francisco.  Featuring Beats by Dmitri and some lyrics.  Vocals and lyrics by Spit Vowel A.K.A. Shake Spear.

The concept behind this track was an idea to have each verse end with a sample, or to contain a sample. The way it was written was was with my brother The Beat Nicker (who also made the beat and did the production work on it) and I taking turns writing alternating verses in one sitting and partially free styling it.  My brother is a DJ/Producer in Rio and we don't get to hang out but maybe once a year over the holidays, so part of our Christmas tradition has become making a trip-hop track together.
