Here is our first release. "Before" by Cepasa from the upcoming album "Niby Chaiky". It is about the feeling of unity and love at events which was with us before the war and which is worth fighting for.

Cepasa - Before (Single 2022)

Niby Chaiky - is organic dance electronica combined with Ukrainian folklore and lyrics of the XX century’s Ukrainian songs. The album is dedicated to the Ukrainian nation’s fight for freedom, and it has the name associated with the iconic Ukrainian song “Letyat’ niby chaiky” created by composer Yudif Rozhavska on poems by Lada Reva in 1962. 
Nine tracks were recorded in Ukraine during spring-summer 2022. The album cover is the print “Motanka Western Podillya” by Ukrainian artist Marta Pitchuk. It depicts a Motanka - a Ukrainian national doll traditionally related to the cult of ancestors. The album is based on the idea of unity among generations who created cultural phenomena and, despite all barriers, managed to pass them on to the next generations.
