Leo Cap - Freak Kingdom

Although he was born in Japan, Karnage was a globe trotter, discovering dubstep around 2007 in Detroit. His first bass heavy anthem was Goth Trad's Cut End. 

He gravitated towards the deeper and more minimal sound of dubstep and has since become a major player in Japan's rising bass music scene. 

Now, with dubstep under his belt, Karnage is ready to take on new challenges like the genres of noise, phonk, dub and more.

We are actually on a release together that is due out on American Grime Records. It's the song Finesse by myself and Dayzero with Karnage's remix absolutely crushing it.

Ladies and Gentlemen,  get yourself ready for 30 mins of dubstep.

Control Theory[On3Dub b2b Dj Splurtt]: Headway x Allegro Promo Mix

1point5 is back for his first solo EP on In:flux Audio since 'Perception' back in January 2015. He has been pottering around the label plenty since then though, with plenty of remixes and of course, his collab EP last November with founders Tik&Borrow. This time round we showcase three tracks from the producer, all of which showcase his evolution into firmer Dubstep territory, whilst retaining that signature 2-step 1point5 sound that we know and love.

On remixes, it's a selection of label loves who are returning the favour to 1point5 after he provided superb remixes on their EPs. Ali McK & IYZ are up first, with their reworking of 'Backspace' - a more twinkly affair with a superb reworking of the lead section into something more dark and brooding, whilst still retaining the duos ear for a banger. Fork and Knife closes out the EP with his UK Garage take on the lead track 'Solar Signal', all percussion, wubs and vibes - the perfect exit to a stunning EP.
