Next up on the verschwommen podcast series is Nona -
Nona describes himself as a  music lover since the decade of  his time.
His influenences in the early ages we're metal, indie, synth-pop, psy-rock or rap. 
Since he'd lost himself in the story-telling experience of  techno – he found his true passion. 

One of the other reasons, why he's loving the scene, is being togheter. Feeling connection between people and the music is really important for him, especially dancing! 

He travelled Berlins and Tiblisian scene  – which stand for themselves. 

„Dancing is a great passion of mine, which I love to do in interaction with other people to fast beats in a wild and mesmerizing environment.“

In his current style of DJing, he's  focusing on a high tempo and a selection of driving, mystical and hypnotic with precise sound elements, which can also be found in this mix.

„For me, techno is not just about DJing and dancing, it's political. It offered and is still offering opportunities to create places of freedom of expression where alternative cultures and identities come together creating new spaces of experience that the world urgently needs. Never forget where techno came from and what values it stands for! <3 Especially in times like these!“

In his set for verschwommen he came up with a raw, analogue – driving experience. Driving rhythms and fast hihats setting the mood to dance and free yourself.

As a child, David even sang in operas and began producing beats at the age of 13. Eight years ago, he discovered the allure of techno and embraced DJing, favoring vinyl to mesmerize crowds with his individual style. @Bekkler has played in various Berlin clubs through his involvement with the Backhaus Collective. His cherished venue is Ohm, a small yet special location where he had his first club experiences and continues to dance passionately today.

Hyden

Hyden has played for many Parisian clubs and collectives but also abroad. Through his residency within Exil Parisian collective, Hyden now stands out as a figure of the French techno nightlife.
If the mix of genres were to meet the young generation of Parisian techno producers, Hyden would be the result. Both passionate about harmonies and frenzied percussion, he creates music tinged with groovy, old school and mental sounds from multiple influences to offer its own vision of techno : incisive and hypnotic. Let yourself be carried away by his musical signature, stamped with the warehouses of the French capital, which have carved his universe as finely as a sharp blade.
Since 2022, Hyden is also in a duo with the DJ and producer Seigg under the name Random Order. They released an EP “Long Live the Groove” with mental and oldschool influences and they perform in B2B.

KaioBarssalos

Natural from São Paulo, Brazil, KaioBarssalos is part of the new generation of artists that has been surprising with your amazing work in the studio.
KaioBarssalos brings notable releases on big labels such as Ground Factory Records, where he released your EP 'Seven' that reached more than 400k plays in Spotify. Kaio also had the honor of doing a remix for the track 'Dolors' by the incredible artist L_cio (KOMPAKT), who had more than 70k plays. In addition, he had tracks released on other labels that receive daily support, like Trau-ma, Focus Records, Reload Records, Prisma Techno, Dear Deer Records, Sin Sin Records and others.

Loren Kuehne

Loren Kuehne is a Hardgroove Techno producer hailing from Berlin. Known for creating cool tracks, her music has gained international recognition, being played in clubs around the world. As a rising star in the music scene, Loren has demonstrated a profound understanding of music. The anticipation is building around when she will next be seen behind the decks. Jannis Maxim is a 27-year-old DJ from Stuttgart, who started his craft 12 years ago. He stands as a key figure in the Southern German techno scene, marking a decade of influence. His name is synonymous with a diverse sound that has resonated with techno enthusiasts, whether he’s setting the stage as the opening act during Maintime or delivering a captivating closing performance.

For six years, Jannis Maxim held the role of resident DJ at the iconic ToY club, which unfortunately closed its doors. During this tenure, he not only refined his distinct style but also cemented his standing within the scene.

Jannis remains true to his unique style, consistently captivating the crowd and guiding them through an immersive experience. With his impressive expertise and distinctive sound, he undoubtedly continues to play a significant role in shaping the Southern German techno scene, filling dance floors with his passion for electronic music.
