Gaining Grip is Spontaneous the Poet's first Spoken Word Poetry album.  It mirrors both her own and other people's life experiences covering the social, economical and political aspects of life. It's inclined to five major areas which include sexual violations, teenage pressure, gender inequality, relationships and human rights. 

Through her album, Spontaneous hopes to educate, inspire and at the same entertain her listeners. As such it is a fusion of both music and poetry.
