This is a two hour Ecstatic Dance / Movement Meditation Journey created by Sahuna Love/ Shaman's Dream, dedicated to my amazing wife Erina Love and baby to come Arna Sol Love. 

All the tracks are by artists related to the Shaman's Dream Records Label. It mostly includes all new music created in the last year. 

This set is Sahuna's musical prayer for all our happiness and healing. Go slow and take time to listen to your body and what you need to express to free yourself and receive the love you need to be happy. Music is the medicine.

Shaman's Dream - Ecstatic Dance Journey 2021

Always an honor to bless dance floors and people's bodies with a curated soundscape. To bless the incoming Spring time and honor the Winter melting away from our bones. The Worm Moon asks us to melt away the hardiness and solitude, and to start the process of emerging out of the soil, the metamorphosis of the larvae in which we've resided for the past season.  

How beautifully the experience of life is mirrored in the seasons. Slowly coming out of my cave and playing more music for folks. 

Set in a small tea shop in the downtown streets of Asheville, the plant spirits accompanied us on our journey.

Some weeks the way the tracks come to me through the vastness of the Internet.

The way the order of the tracks comes to get it together in a natural flow of coherent music. 

The way it ends up being a huge number of people that come to dance that night. 

Sometimes life just comes together in an incredible way.

Sound Healing Journey

Ecstatic Dance Cairns went off with a BANG! Together we came together as community in intention of celebrating the opening of Cairns newest adult conscious dance space & the far-northern tropical Oz home of the global #ecstaticdance movement, Ecstatic Dance Cairns.

Exploring the intention of the synchronized Valentine's weekend this offering was inspired by the One Heart, One Love - instead! Sharing this recording as to anyone worldwide to tune into that space, themselves! May you enjoy these divine tunes so deeply as we enjoyed dancing to them, and I enjoyed selecting & spinning them!

I forgot to press record on the intro tracks so it starts at already a bit of a lift off, the intro tracks being a gorgeous piano track by Maneesh De Moore & some others. I also had Ableton loops/pads in the end with aria chimes but haven't figured out how to record that at the same time - so anyway, this is just the Traktor recorded mix! I also freestyled the last 20 minutes as I realised I was short during the set & love how much playing All Related twice in two different remix versions reiterated so much that was so necessary & I'm still getting used to listening on headphones while also hearing the music outside the headphones with so much sub speaker deflection distracting me as to mix as well as I would want - it's challenging to hear properly! Saying those things, dancer's didn't notice! :) And an epic set to share in love!!!
