Ce mois de juillet, nous accueillons le Label Néon...

L’ADN de Néon pourrait être résumé par ce titre disco : « last night a Dj saved my life »

Neon est un sac à malices, avec à l’intérieur les podcasts Neon et Calli-Mera, les soirées Amours Neon et quelques rares (et donc précieuses) sorties musicales.
Un projet intimement lié à son mentor, Laurent Caligaris alias Calli, qui n'en attend rien de plus que le simple plaisir de le réaliser. 
Calli bouillonne déjà dans le chaudron de la musique électronique depuis plus de 25 ans, comme danseur et/ou agitateur de cette culture, à travers Difu, label lyonnais ensoleillé à deux têtes pensantes.
Le side-projet Neon représente pour lui un autre voyage, celui que l'on rêve de faire une fois dans sa vie, juste pour savoir jusqu’où mène la route et parce que la musique a une importance tellement folle...

Première Artiste du Label, nous recevons...

Nadège Rêve

Passionnée de musique, Nadège découvre la musique électronique à l’âge de 15 ans notamment sur les ondes de Couleur 3.

Elle commence à mixer à la fin des années 90 et rejoint rapidement la team du magasin Extra Records. Elle s'investit en tant que « DJ de quartier » et joue, entres autres, 
régulièrement à L’Ambassade (temple de la house et du garage à Lyon).

Curieuse et touche à touche, elle rejoint en 2006 l’équipe du label BEE Records, et défend pendant presque 10 ans les artistes du label orienté IDM et electronica.
Après une pause de quelques années, elle reprend aujourd’hui sa casquette de DJ.
Son objectif est de proposer une version décloisonnée de la musique électronique, quitte à bousculer les habitudes et rendre plus poreuses les frontières entre les styles. 
Ses sets sont éclectiques alors ne soyez pas surpris si vous entendez de l’électro côtoyer de la bass music, de la house ou encore de la techno. 

Peut-être même qu’elle vous emmènera encore ailleurs, qui sait ?

This bunch of real PSYCHO THRILL Cologne Techno classics, played at a SUBSTANZ AC allnighter @ Musikbunker Aachen/ GER on carnival Sunday, March 7th, 2016 (Vinyl Only like always, and finally now in '23 remastered in WAV-file 44_1 KHz 16 Bit quality!).

Where the original sound recording has been now remastered here at its very best by Cologne's finest Bob Humid, the mix itself gives a clear impression of the concept of Psycho Thrill Cologne in its 34th year (2023) of existence, representing still Techno & House without any boundaries since 1991. No tracklist available here yet ... but people who know, do know!

In the truest sense of the word, an aficionado of electronic music who has encountered the ups and downs of the scene’s business; enough to meet things with composure and foresight …

With "SpyInTheHouse" he now returns after 10 years to the “radio business” on a regular basis, where he had been mediating the essentials of electronic music for years between the Techno/House main cities such as Detroit, Chicago or Berlin via "Evosonic" (1997 - 1999) and Cosmium Radio (1999 - 2002). Something that currently wasn’t that easy.

So "SpyInTheHouse" continues to follow the path of enthusiastic overtones and stands simply for the democracy of the so-called "cutting edge" tracks of House, Techno, Acid, Broken Beat and IDM that do sometimes leave the usual club microcosm according to the motto "Take the best from the past and move the next step 4ward into the future!"
