Angel is the first single from David Philips' most adventurous record to date “If I Had Wings” set for release in March 2015 on Black and Tan Records. Subtly blending folk guitar, electronica and found sounds (even a few kitchen utensils as percussion) to create a sound that is rootsy and at the same time expansive and dreamy. As usual Philips' soulful vocals and carefully crafted song writing are what tie it all together.
