Grumbles and swears echo through the empty void, the Terrorist struggling within the doorway he was all too familiar with. The frog that had been trying to converse was long gone, quakes and waves crackling through the floor. Scenery began to form around him, as two athletic-looking fellows approached from behind. An abstract setting rose from the shifting noise, forming a long track of windows and steeply sloped rails. The Terrorist was all too familiar with the setting, stumbling on the platform before jumping headfirst into the track, the Athletes not far behind him.

The Athletes take the final leap, reaching towards their opponent, before the wind is taken out from under them. The scenery around them shifts and groans, the walls encroaching on them and becoming dark, damp brick. Water overflowed from the goal platform, the Terrorist panicking as it rose more and more, a sewer forming around him. Unlike the usual quietness, the walls continued to drone with creaks and crackles...

The frog and terrorist stand apart, watching the floor with concern after the athletes' disappearance. It wavers, twitching and contorting, as a simple treasure chest rises from within the solid ground. Even from a distance, the air around the chest feels cold. 



The athletes find themselves in a far-off darkness, the air chilled enough to reveal their rapid breaths. A sandstorm of static swirls around them, clouding their vision. A familiar crowned figure is among the inky black, standing still before a simple treasure chest. Even from a distance, the air around the chest feels too hot.

DS: "We're dead." His shaken hands fumble in attempt to load his handgun.

It looks like it's showtime — the vast and neverending static crackles and fizzes around our contestants, one queen, one terrorist. Around them the static rises and shifts, its image clarifying and stabilizing into that of a sprawling kingdom, lost to time. Beneath the queen rises and uncomfortably shaped throne, which she settles herself into while taking a moment to take in the defunct throne room. The rooms entrance is violently thrown open with a kick, a struggling terrorist clawing at the doors helplessly. 

DS: "YOU G-G-GENUINE DICK SUCKER! IT'S ABOUT TIME I GET MY WAY!"

Idly waiting for something to happen, both of tonight's contestants find ways to kill time on their own. Il Piantissimo is jogging circles around his partner, as he has been doing for hours. Kermit sits alone elsewhere in the sea of noise, strumming on his banjo. The static filling their surroundings begins flickering, swirling to life around them, melting into the image of a vast desert. Our contestants find themselves atop a speeding train, and prepare to face each other.

As she dances, the static begins to bubble and shift around her once more, as two athletes sprint into view. A bright city square forms around them, advertisements, blinking lights, and tall buildings stretching up towards the sky.

The façade of a bustling city doesn't stay for long, swaths of scenery melting once more into chunks of static before settling. The static doesnt form again as quickly, taxed by the breadth of the cityscape - Everything around the contestants has gone dark. They exchange looks, then slowly turn to a new, blinking light behind them among the darkness... It's an arcade cabinet.

Relaxing in the Static, Kermit once again finds himself sitting alone, strumming his banjo, looking up to the faint, crackling sky of the noisy void around him. After some time, the floor rumbles and quakes, a sign that the frog is now familiar with. He stands up, dusting his oversized coat off as he prepares for another round. A somewhat drab office forms around him, a bit less exciting than his last outing... That is, until there's a furious pounding on the glass of a nearby window.

BSK: "Sorry pal, not letting my guard down after what happened with those other angry fellas.. Let me show you a few things."
DS: "I'M HAVIN' A BAD, BAD DAY MAN. GET OUTTA MY WAY!"

The drab, boring office quakes and crackles, a panicked narrator rambling on about the rudeness of walking in on another person's story. Kermit stammers out apologies as his opponent struggles his way past filing cabinets, getting stuck in yet another office door. Panels fall from the ceiling, furniture tumbling over as the facade of an office crumbles and fades, leaving nothing behind but a long, infinite road to nowhere.

After furiously attempting to exit his team's van through the window, Door Stuck has crashed his vehicle. As the infinite road wobbles and crackles, losing its form and melting once more into static, the terrorist finds himself trapped, but unharmed, in the wreckage. Kermit offers him a small, fabric hand as their surroundings gradually settle into the vast static, and the debris fades away. As Door Stuck takes Kermit's hand, the floor begins to stir again, constructing a winner's podium beneath the feet of...

What an odd quiet. Kermit is sat down beside the Terrorist in the door, watching him struggle and grumble to some unseen figure behind him. He wasn't much one for conversation, despite the Frog's efforts to strike one up, leaving him to strum his banjo once more. Its been quiet for much longer than usual, but in time the space between the two seemed to grow, unnaturally, the floor shifting beneath them. Finding himself alone in the curdling and shaking static, Kermit watches as the noisy surroundings fade to a blank, placid gray, water coating the unremarkable floor, duplicate projections of himself stretching into the horizon. Across from him, a Queen approaches. 

BSK: "Oh! I, er, like your moves. Let me show you a few things I've picked up!" 
DQ: * The Queen beams, copying Kermit's strange and spasmic dancing.

During the Frog and Queen's shared dance, the water beneath their feet rippled and quaked, giving Kermit a sense of unease... It grew louder, the pulsing spawning mountains that pushed from beneath the water, laced with bushes and flowers. A sunset befell them, coating the new land in gold, as scores of eyes opened on the horizon. Kermit stepped back, stammering, his eyes kept on the sky as it stared right back. The Queen seemed either not to notice or not to care, extending her hand for another dance. 

BSK: "I'm not liking the look of this. It's like some kind of torture..."
DQ: * The Queen spins on her heels, her robes twisting and flapping in the wind.
