Ancestor's Calling (Re - Defined Dub) - SNIPPET

South London (UK) raised wordsmith and vocalist TTAN, emerges on to the house music scene with purpose and power.

Naturally introverted and even somewhat self-conscious, she is open about the fact that she is overcoming lifelong fears to follow her dream of making the music she adores.

TTAN wants her audience to share the highs & lows of her journey and her metamorphosis into the musician she has always known she was. She truly believes there is a place in the musical world for the shy ones, the insecure ones, the misfits and the underdogs.

Although a lover of all musical genres, she has an insatiable, often obsessive love of house music - particularly that of African origin or influence. As such, her debut track, 'Ancestor's Calling' released on Cultures Records, is a collaborative effort with South African producer Native Tribe. Upon his emotive and ancestral beats, TTAN delivers impactful & rhythmic verse along with delicately placed melodies sung in silky tones. The pair have discovered such a synergy that they are currently recording further projects, to be released in 2019.
