Problems and personal challenges are never-ending. As long as we are experiencing new ones, we know we are growing. 

Sometimes it is better to walk around a problem instead of headfirst into it. Not all of them need to be solved. We decide which ones offer the greatest potential benefits for our spiritual growth.

Being lighthearted is a key to happiness. When we look “out there” and see life’s problems, we don’t have to take them seriously or let them bother us. We can say, “I didn’t create that, so I’m not going to take responsibility for it. I take responsibility for my own actions.” If everyone lived his or her life in this manner, more love would flow throughout the land.

If the same problem keeps reappearing, it means we need to apply ourselves diligently in that area of our life. We learn from our experiences sooner or later.

A mistake is an opportunity to learn a lesson and grow in a certain area. Problems and challenges are never ending. They exist to temper us and prepare us for greater things.

Instead of trying to learn a new trick or skill, let it learn you. Make room for it by expanding your consciousness, and allow it to grow.

If you pull yourself back far enough from anything, the details disappear and you can see the whole thing, the big picture. When you zoom back in, the details make a lot more sense. How far can you pull back? How big is your picture?

Are you wandering around in a body, thinking you HAVE a soul? No wonder life is so tough. Are you using your mind to study the mind? Have you considered that it might be a little biased, perhaps playing favorites? How about getting to the heart of the matter? 

Many humans believe that they 'think' original thoughts, but there is no such thing as an original thought. Thinking is a reflective process. In other words, nothing can be imagined unless it already exists. 

Did you know that every human being is simultaneously connected by invisible strands to a vast repository, a gigantic world of latent images? This world is commonly referred to as the Universal Mind.

The mind is more like a freeway: an endless stream of prefabricated latent, floating images passing through our consciousness. Whenever we place out attention on one or more of these images they become energized with our emotions, and flavoured with our unique qualities, and presto! -  a thought is born  Most people spend lifetime after lifetime gazing at other peoples images on the screen within their mind.

The mind is difficult for many to understand, yet it is nothing more than a machine. As soul, which is our true, resplendent self, we use it in tandem with our physical body and astral body (emotions) as an instrument of perception and expression while gaining experience in the lower worlds. Eventually, soul discards these devices and perceives directly without any instruments of perception rather than viewing things as being separate and outside of itself. Choose your thoughts carefully. Always be alert, for there are countless thoughts of others constantly trying to catch you.

Mind can be our greatest ally or our worst enemy. When you express yourself, are you reflecting love and wisdom garnered from your personal experiences, or, are you spewing forth lies and illusions, which have been injected into your consciousness by others through countless lifetimes?

I'm goin' outta my mind and leaping out of this slime
into spiritual worlds sweet and divine

you're so much more than a mechanical thought   …. 

Beyond reason is one of my favorite places to visit. Every time I lose my mind, I find myself dwelling far beyond fleeting temporal thoughts, in the magical worlds of light and sound within my spiritual heart, love’s true home.

I know you love to calculate, postulate, and extrapolate
Measure this, measure that, king of chaos, you’re such a brat

As I stood at the edge of the precipice, my nose began to tingle wildly as fluorescent sparks shot out of my nostrils. 
Suddenly, I left my body. 
Hovering above the time track, I witnessed past, present and future events simultaneously. All of creation lay before me; everything made scents to my holy proboscis, a sacred beak-on of divine truth. 
Henceforth, I became known as Nostrildamus, he who nose all.

Many consider death to be the end of their existence, yet it is merely a transition point. We don't really 'die'. It is our physical bodies which 'die' when spirit leaves the physical form. We are reborn again and again, continuing from where we left off. This cycle repeats itself for hundreds of thousand of lifetimes, until we finally wake up, and realize that we are soul, eternal and free. 

Death is merely a door into another state of consciousness. 

I remember the very first time I consciously left my physical body. Since that time, I no longer fear death.

If you're not living your life to the fullest, it doesn't matter whether or not there is life after death.
