A friend let me used her instrument called a ngoni and I've fallen in deep love with it. I was able to capture 16min of me letting myself go with this instrument. It literally transcends me into another realm. Close your eyes and allow yourself to be the perceiver. I find this one is especially great if you feel yourself unfocused or feeling lost about something, it will settle the mind and bring you to a more centered place. Much love.
