"All things considered, getting all of this out with music just feels right? Like I can use the album to point to it to explain how I feel instead of having to think about [it] all the time, but at the very least, I want it to be the best apology I can give to the people who deserve it (even if they'll never hear it). And at a time where I can genuinely feel my brain starting to melt and the memories start to fade in the midst of everything, it'll be a way to go from faking some semblance of happiness all the time to at least trying to give myself the hugs and self-love I need to keep going, if only because I can't ask for forgiveness from the people I've hurt." -me, 4/21/2025.

"fleeting memories; feigning happiness" is a personal journey for me that follows, among other things, the course of a romantic relationship, the stages of grief that came with it, and my understanding of my eventual diagnosis of bipolar II disorder. I suppose I'll leave it at that.

Long ago, in a hidden shipyard beneath the coral reefs, an eccentric ocean engineer dreamed of combining loyalty with exploration. From the blueprints of a submarine and the heart of a hound, Seadog was born.

Half-machine, half-living creature, Seadog roams the depths with a wagging propeller-tail, sonar barks that echo through the trenches, and periscope eyes that spot dangers long before they strike. His hull is strong enough to withstand pressure at the Mariana Trench, yet his soul is as playful as a puppy chasing bubbles.

Seadog’s mission is twofold:

Guardian of the Deep — He protects lost sailors, guiding them back with beams of golden light shining from his snout.

Explorer of Secrets — He seeks ancient shipwrecks, forgotten treasures, and the long-lost Atlantean riddles whispered by whales.

Legends say Seadog answers only to a chosen captain — one pure of heart, who treats him not as a vessel but as a friend. Together, they ride the currents like a living anthem of companionship and adventure.

Children in fishing villages still chant:
"Beware the storm, fear the fog — but never fear the Seadog!"
