"Unreleased Riffs" is a collection of raw, somewhat punk guitar riffs, melodies, and sound artifacts. These are fragments of songs I wrote between the ages of 17 and 20. Some of them were played live and became part of finished songs, but many remained as sketches and demo recordings on my phone.
What connects this sound pack is the fact that none of these ideas had ever been brought into a DAW until now.
This project is also personal for me, because back when I was coming up with these riffs, I was just learning how to play instruments. These were my very first ideas and drafts.
All riffs were recorded in 2025 with minimal processing, so each one can be used as a sonic texture, a song idea, or simply as a sample.
The sample names are the exact dates when each riff was created, in the format day/month/year. This info comes from my phone recorder, where I’ve kept all of these recordings without ever deleting anything.
