I made this in September 2020 in a tiny flat in Pimlico. It's a bit long but by the time I realised, it was already too late to undo it all.

The guitar riff is inspired by a traditional Nepalese song called "Resham Firiri" which I somehow learned when I was there a couple years ago.

Someone Called Last Night

From the vaults of Muswell Hill, here's the Retro Armies. 

Rowan and I wrote it some time in October, added some layers here and there and then decided to never release it because we wanted to finish some bits on it, which of course we never did.

I wrote the lyrics on some post-its and it's supposedly random but I always thought it eventually worked itself out as an interesting collection of pictures on a rather dark background.

Hope you dig it as much as we do, and don't hesitate to send the retro armies marching into your friends' speakers and headphones.
