This is a song that was cut from my Album 'The Wonderful Cave That Lies Within' it's been a song that means a lot to me but I felt didn't quite fit the theme of the album. 

The song is about how much we hold bad feelings in because of the way we were told to through our early stages of life. It's a song that personally brought up a lot of feelings and you may listen and think that it's sad but this really did help me get out all my bad and negative feelings.
