this track was created with a voice i created on a korg synthesizer, through two identical 1967 reel to reel tape machines in a long delay.  that day the tape machines were acting up.  when i first listened back to the tape, it was extremely loud and noisey.  as i was engulfed in the soundwaves, i felt like i was inside of electricity.  the shifting current is the inside of electricity.  and what is current is always shifting.  this is a tape transfer of a first take.......  copyright 2020 magical owls.

Underwater Spaces (farther Apart)

for this track i tried to emulate feelings of being on the beach at night hearing nothing but the waves of the ocean.  i was playing a 1963 gulbransen, model E organ, through two identical 1967 reel to reel tape machines set up in a long repeating delay.  the volume pedal on the organ helped create swells which are representative of the waves of the ocean.  this is a tape transfer of a first take.......  copyright 2020 magical owls.
