A little over 12 months ago we released Metodi Hristov's "Step Outside". The reactions were immediate and awesome. Support came in from the likes of Seth Troxler, Audiojack, Detroit Swindle, Ramon Tapia, DJ T, Stefano Ritteri and Sidney Charles.

Since then the Bulgarian producer has had an incredible time. He's delivered some heavy-hitters for A-list labels like Deeperfect, Gruuv, Toolroom, OFF Recordings and Joris Voorn's Green label and it seems like hardly a week goes by without a tune of Metodi's popping up in the Beatport charts. 

And with Metodi's new found popularity, people keep discovering this tune (only last week Sankey's Ibiza tweeted about the damage it had done this season and I got an email from an A-list DJ who missed it first time round) so we're re-releasing for the 2015 season and - as well as a new mix from Metodi - we have enlisted two of our favourite producers right now in Olivier Giacomotto and Kevin Over to deliver new versions. 

My favourite thing about these remixes is that they all stick closely to the original: Metodi keeps its dark feel but turbo-charges the baseline to create a real heads-down stomper of a mix, Giacomotto - who is on a hell of a roll himself - creates a full-on jacking treatment for Metodi's odd-ball vocals and piano stabs and Kevin Over opts for a heavy-as-fuck 5am roller. 

Hopefully you'll find these new treatments useful additions to the original, which is included for all those that missed it first time round.

After all the Smoke & Ashes that was launched in our BeenTouched series, Pete returns to Sincopat now in the main and front line. Trying Not To the almighty Gabriel Ananda on remix duties.

Pete continues exploring the sound and giving emotion to his music today in form of three new tracks full of soul and heart. Trying Not To is a tight huge track that will burn the most demanding places. Master Gabriel Ananda presents an exquisite version rich in details and getting a fantastic balance between deep and tech. We knew he is a quality stamp. 

Graphium follows the futuristic and tasteful line of Electronic Music. Sinister and dark voices for a devastating effect on the dancefloor. Me My Molly shows Pete’s more elegant stuff. He goes a bit deeper with sensual melodies but for sure also a great pick of the night. But, as Pete says, let the music speak by itself.

Julian Wassermann steps up to the SVT plate with an immersive four track effort that showcases his knack for deep tech melodies. A minimal bassline and synths straight from the depths of space lay the groundwork for Alpha, the kickoff into the EP. A subtle yet effective mood-setter, it makes for a great inaugural cut as the release unfolds. Title piece Aurea calmly follows, looming in with tribal infused percussion and lush, effusive vocals. Garnering an equally atmospheric mood, Wassermann aptly combines airy pads and dark synths into an immensely polarizing cut. People Are Strange dives in on a more dynamic note, centered around a solid bassline with alternating synth lines. Swiftly morphing into an energetic banger via punchy bass and ghostly vocal chops, the construction carries major peak time appeal. For the final contribution Imperia, Wassermann calls on the production skills of fellow Muenchener H.B.C. to create a radiant piece of spacious tech. This track entitled 'Funi' which has been signed on Engrave LTD clearly tells us what it's about with an impressive and extremely groovy kick bass, and to be clear, the rest of the track will drive all the dance floors crazy ! You can hear a catchy melody as well as a powerful groove and an interesting sound-design, and when the bass is enhanced by another one... it's just awesome ! As usual with this artist everything is consistent and we would like to thank Engrave LTD for his good faith. Out on March 3rd  :)

Hailing from Nis in Serbia, we are happy to announce the return on the label from the talented producer, Milos Ilic. Seeing him on the label back in February 2015, at that time making a remix for Fractal Architect - Stars that turned out the be one of the most supported tracks that year, we now announce the return from Milos. 

This time he contributes with a brilliant dark and driving progressive original, called "Contradiction". This one is packed with gorgeous bass lines, evolving melodic arrangements and everything in between. We absolutely love the original and think it will be more than already supportive Hernan Cattaneo that will take this production to the sets. 

On remix duty, we are thrilled to launch the return on the scene from a producer that took the scene by storm back in 2015. Now we see him back, and we are happy to be able to showcase the amazing skills from Chilean producer Alejandro Arroyo. With a melody driven rework created from Mr. Arroyo, packed up with groovy bass lines, sensitive pads and strings as well as clever selections of percussion he lands a true stormer on the scene, reflecting with deep hypnotic and atmospheric textures. Welcome back Alejandro! 

To spice things up even more, we see the return on the label from one of Norway's best when it comes to the deeper side of progressive house. Of course we are talking about Espen. Being a stellar figure on our roster for a long spell now, he once more proves why he is one of the hottest names on the scene. With a razor sharp interpretation, packed with crisp percussion, warm and uplifting melodies and that hypnotic touch that he is so good at building, he is sure to spoil us once again with this creative number. We never had doubts on what this guy is capable of, and once again he showcase that the sky's the limit. 

All in all a wonderful release built up for all deep progressive lovers across the globe. No one would be happier than the guys making it, if you support them with a legal copy, the way to support them!
