Since rolling his musical sleeves up in 2006, the name Voiski has exponentially grown in renown; his endless quest for new sounds manifested across a number of releases and self-started labels like Silicate and Super 95. There’s a touch of classic loop techno, noughties electro and a newfound affection for Persian mysticism in his work, eagerly cross-bred to make his inimitable ‘post-trance’ sound. ”This mix is a short but intense representation of what I've been listening to for a few years now. I love to incorporate in my sets other genres that I’ve enjoyed as a melomaniac: dark ambient, industrial noise, downtempo techno pieces, and ultra-deep melancholic music (to name a few) to create a dystopian and cinematographic atmosphere. 

It is an exploration of my relationship with music and the influences that have shaped me both musically and personally. It is designed to take listeners to unexpected places, disorient them, allow them to find themselves, provoke surprises, discomforts, or pleasures, and invite them to experience various emotions while letting themselves be totally carried by the music”.

REYNARUM is a Ukrainian composer and sound artist, resident of NECROMECHANICA. He began his musical journey around 10 years ago on drums in heavy genres, now distinguished by his expressive approach, blending orchestral elements with experimental electronics. In 2025, he contributed to the charity compilation "24.2.25", dedicated to the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. A Closer Listen described his tracks as “suggesting a funeral service,” for their dramatic quality. This live mix was recorded on June 25, 2025, during “Noise Every Wednesday” at Otel’ Club, Kyiv, showcasing his dark and immersive style.

The instruction did not come with approval.

There were eyes watching from the heights.
Standards dressed as wisdom.
Dignity defined by distance.

But the signal did not ask where it was allowed to live.

Movement began before consensus formed.
Before the City decided how to name it.
Before obedience could be made respectable.

This was not disorder.
It was alignment that refused to negotiate with pride.

Some called it foolish.
Some called it excessive.
Some mistook restraint for righteousness.

But worship was never measured by how it appeared from the window.

The ground recognized the sound.
The presence did not retreat.
And what looked undignified to the watching
was received as faithfulness where it mattered.

Permission was never part of the instruction.
Obedience was.

The movement remained.
The signal did not fade.
And the City learned, again,
that reverence does not wait to be approved.

∄ is a cultural institution in Kyiv, established in 2019 on the territory of a former brewery, located at 41 Kyrylivska Street. It serves as a multifunctional space for club events like ∄ Community Events, Curated By, Enareї, for experimental music concerts like Miasma of the Real and other cultural events.

∄ also manages the in-house music label Standard Deviation. Established in September 2020, Standard Deviation is a multidisciplinary label for music, art and publishing, cultivating creative exchange between an aspiring Ukrainian scene and a global community.

K41 is the community-born name of the institution embraced and widely used by the public.
