Since 2007, he has been at the heart of the Ukrainian electronic music scene, shaping its evolution. Kyivites also know Serge Jazzmate as a co-founder of LOW Party, a renowned disco-house event that began at the iconic Xlib Club. His career includes performances at major Ukrainian music festivals such as Strichka, Brave! Factory, Black! Factory, and Natura by Rhythm Buro, as well as at world-famous clubs like Panorama Bar in Berlin and Le Bain in New York.

We are excited to present our new podcast series on SoundCloud, March Specials, dedicated to Women’s History Month.

This month, we will be releasing dj sets from artists who have performed within our walls over the past year. These are artists who shape the contemporary Ukrainian electronic scene and actively contribute to its development—through music, community, and their own unique perspective.

The series opens with a recording of a set by Domnista (she/her)—an Odesa-based dj, resident of Port club in the past, event organizer at Aharta, and founder of a vinyl record store Waxntalks. After moving to Kyiv, Domnista and her friends started Debarkader, a floating club in Podil that became an important space for the local music community.

If there is ever a 100 out of 100 party, when you don’t have to prove anything behind the decks, but instead, just enjoy the ride, this one came the closest. With this mix i've emphasized all the basics i find needed in my sets. 
Fast paced, groovy, edgy pound and mysterious hypnotic sounds on a consistent basis throughout the set.

GAAN - LO GAAMA

∄ is a cultural institution in Kyiv, established in 2019 on the territory of a former brewery, located at 41 Kyrylivska Street. It serves as a multifunctional space for club events like ∄ Community Events, Curated By, Enareї, for experimental music concerts like Miasma of the Real and other cultural events.

∄ also manages the in-house music label Standard Deviation. Established in September 2020, Standard Deviation is a multidisciplinary label for music, art and publishing, cultivating creative exchange between an aspiring Ukrainian scene and a global community.

K41 is the community-born name of the institution embraced and widely used by the public.
